About The Studio

Working with Intention

Hello! My name is Angela Hed Vincent.

The Studio Project began in 2013 as a way to organize my various projects.

In 2025, I opened The Studio Project Gallery and Gift Shop in Minneapolis, MN. This is a space to exhibit my previous and newer projects, as well as the projects of those with whom I resonate.

The work in The Studio Project Gallery explores our bodies' physical responses to our sensory experiences. How experiences that bring about palyfulness, wonder, hope, joy and curiosity within us, might impact or contribute to healing and wholeness, and how spaces such as this one might be medicine for the gaps between our physical and our energetic systems.

I'm so glad you're here! Take a look around and stop in to The Studio Project Gallery to see the current exhibition.

Angela Hed Vincent

Artist, Author, EFT Practitioner, Gallerist

...received a BFA in Studio Art from the University of Minnesota, Morris and an MFA in Sculpture from the University of Cincinnati College of Design, Architecture, Art and Planning.

I am interested in using formal elements and principles of design including form, color, light, line, space and balance, to explore more illusive, less tangible concepts. Concepts involving our energetic anatomy, of trauma, healing, emotion and our emotional responses to what we see, hear, and experience.

You can find my work at the intersection of art and healing. The exploration of our internal landscapes, what our emotions look and feel like, and how our intentions effect our processes are all fascinations that weave these separate bodies of work together.
